- Excellent understanding of Secured SDLC and Agile Software Development methodologies.
- Must have 1 to 2 years working experience as Software Business Analyst in performing Client Business Requirementsgathering, preparing related Documentation, Customer coordination and participating in User Acceptance Testing.
- Must have working experience in creation and management of various documents such as Technical Proposals, Minutes of Meeting, Business Requirement Documents, Functional Requirement Documents, System Requirement Specification Documents and User Manuals.
- Must have working experience in preparing Flowchart, Activity, Data Flow, Use Case, Class, Entity Relationship, Sequence andCollaboration diagrams.
- Must have working experience in writing MySQL Queries.
- Must be a Quick Learner and possess Multi-tasking capabilities.
- Must have strong Programming, Problem Solving and Logical skills.
- Must possess Strong Analytical and Troubleshooting skills.
- Must have the Ability to work in a Fast-paced Dynamic environment.
- Must have Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills.
- Must be Sincere, Accountable, Responsible, Committed and Focussed.
- Need to Ideate, Integrate and Collaborate with internal and external Project teams.
