Internship to Employee
Internship will be for 6 Months (Stipend 1st 3 Months is Rs.5,000/- & next 3 Months is Rs.10,000/-). Post successful completion of Internship and based on Performance, the Intern will be inducted into Company Employment as Trainee HR & Admin with starting monthly CTC salary of Rs.20,000/-
- Excellent understanding of Human Resources and Office Administration Processes, Functions, Guidelines and Documentation.
- Must have excellent knowledge and understanding of HRMS and HRIS Software Applications and Modules.
- Must have good knowledge and understanding of Employee Lifecycle Management and People Management.
- Must have good knowledge and understanding of Office Administration.
- Must have knowledge and understanding of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, Compensation Management, Benefits Administration, Training and development, Performance Appraisal and Management, Employee and Labour Relations, Compliance Management.
- Must have knowledge and understanding of Job Portals like Naukri, Monster, Shine and Indeed.
- Must have proven skills in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Must be a Quick Learner and possess Multi-tasking capabilities.
- Must have strong Programming, Problem Solving and Logical skills.
- Must possess Strong Analytical and Troubleshooting skills.
- Must have the Ability to work in a Fast-paced Dynamic environment.
- Must have Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills.
- Must be Sincere, Accountable, Responsible, Committed and Focussed.
- Need to Ideate, Integrate and Collaborate with internal and external Project teams.
